Letter for my Niece(I advise only the sentimental read this :))
Bad Romance by Lady Gaga is number one in the singles chart in Ireland. Lady Gaga has been in the charts and the papers a lot this year. I have included a CD to show you some of the music that was popular this year and her first hit “Just Dance” is the last track. It is not all songs that were popular the year you were born however; the first track is one of my favourite Christmas songs, “Maybe this Christmas”, which is all about love at Christmas time. I included it on your CD because it will always remind me of how I listened to it the week you were born and remember how much love you brought to the lives around you. The second track is called “Bella’s lullaby”. I included it in the hopes that it can be one of your lullabies and because it has significance in the fact that it is the theme song of the film “Twilight”; one of the biggest topics in the media this year. The next is one that I am sure will be close to your heart as it epitomises the love your mom and dad have for each other. It is the song they had their first dance to; “Everything” by Michael Buble.
