With all the bad the recession has to offer, I think that in time we will see its positive effects too. I think the trends reflect a return to old values. We are discovering things that have always been right in front of us such as simple desserts like custard, jelly and angel delight and little treats like penny sweets which had been enjoyed by generations before us.
